Power outages conspired against me to prevent this week’s BotR from getting released on time. I added Google Analytics to the site the other day (not sure why I waited so long) and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the site is getting 2500 unique visitors per day, many of whom visit directly (i.e. via bookmark or typing the address in). Thanks, guys!

Poll: How should Ecchi Wiki handle series that have an anime and manga?

Before Ecchi Wiki gets much bigger (we already have 40 anime articles and 11 manga articles) I need to standardize how we’re going to handle anime and manga that are for the same series, so I figured I’d ask you guys for some input. Feel free to explain your vote in the comments. This wouldn’t include sequels and spinoffs, those will always get separate pages.

May 2012 Japanese BD/DVD releases (updated)

This is a smaller-than-average month in the raw number of releases, but I don’t think too many people will be complaining. BokuTomo vol. 5 (yeah, the Sena scenes) and Maken-ki vol. 6 (Aki exercise special) top off the list as some of the most anticipated releases of the year so far.

I wouldn’t usually call something like this censored, where there are simply blank boobs. But I think we can be fairly certain that a show like Zetman is going to add nipples to the BD version. Maybe even pubic hair like the manga?

Most of my ecchi energy this week went toward getting Ecchi Wiki started. At the time of this post, there are 24 anime articles and 6 manga articles. Not bad for the first 3 days. Keep it up, guys.

Update: Aki is the featured character for Maken-ki vol. 6, added the special preview pics.
