In other news, I got a spiffy new laptop to replace the one that was crashing all the time. It has a BD drive, so I can now put screenshots up even faster when I order BDs (after I’m done “enjoying” them, of course). I am also completely remaking this post from the version I had on a different computer that I currently don’t have access to, and so I’m 99% sure I forgot some of the pictures I originally wanted to include. If that’s the case, I’ll add them here Sunday night.

But to be honest, that pic is more than what I expected.. I certainly didnt expect nipple tho since that manga is based on a video game and.. for some reason.. Japanese games cant officially have characters that officially show nipple in or out of the games :/ (yet the west's games show nips all the time)
I honestly wasnt expecting to like anything from Uppote. I like the people behind it but the characters all seemed too young-looking and less endowed even compared to the cast of past series Xebec has worked with (i mean yeah there were characters like Nozomu in Kanokon, but Kanokon also had Chizuru
) but that gif is nice.. I think I'm just addicted to Xebec's style, lol.

As far as Upotte!! is concerned, I actually expected it to be ecchier than it is. The Kanokon/Ladies vs Butlers character designer and animation director are the same so I thought this show would be on the same level of echiness. Then again, I just realized that the director for this show is different from Kanokon/Ladies vs Butlers so maybe that’s why.
Another reason why it may not be super ecchi is because Upotte!! is not a “normal anime”. Upotte!! only airs online on Nico Nico and doesn’t air on any TV broadcasts. Also, it will only be 10 episodes, instead of the normal 12 episode anime season. So it’s kind of like Gokujo from last season, that they’re both not “normal animes”. So now I’m not really sure what to expect from this show.
